2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on the website or at the point of sale.

3. Title Retention

All goods remain the property of Epra Fabrics Ltd until full payment has been received.

If payment is not made in full within 30 days of the invoice date, Epra Fabrics Ltd reserves the right to reclaim the goods.

The buyer must store the goods separately from other items and in a manner that makes them clearly identifiable as the property of Epra Fabrics Ltd until full payment is made.

In the event of insolvency, administration, or other enforcement action against the buyer, Epra Fabrics Ltd reserves the right to enter the buyer’s premises to recover any goods to which it retains legal title.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be issued upon inspection and acceptance of the returned goods.

5. Liability

Epra Fabrics Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
